1. Our commercial policy
The Vendor offers the Products for sale via and carries on its B2C e-commerce activities solely in relation to its “consumer” end users.

A Consumer is defined as any real person who, accepting these General Conditions, purchases one or more Products from the on-line store for purposes unrelated to their own commercial activities.

In view of its commercial policy, the Vendor reserves the right to refuse orders received from parties other than “consumers” and those that are not properly prepared in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale.

2. Completion of a contract with the Vendor

The Vendor may refuse your purchase orders if the payment guarantees are insufficient, if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the Products are unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been completed and that the Vendor has refused your purchase order, specifying the related reasons. The Vendor does not sell used, non-conforming or lower quality Products with respect to the corresponding standard products available on the market.

In order to withdraw from the contract, you must specify the Products purchased, the related order number and your personal details, so that the amount paid can be credited directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You must also return the Products to the Vendor, which must receive them within ten (10) working days of the date they were received by you.

The shipping expenses incurred for the original delivery of the Products purchased will not be reimbursed. On the other hand, there is no charge for the return shipment if you use our transport company. If you decide to use a different transport company, you will bear the return shipping costs.

In addition to the conditions specified above, the right to withdraw is also subject to the following conditions:

  • The shipping document must be completed properly;
  • The right to withdraw only applies to goods that are complete at the time of return;
  • The Products must not have been used, modified or damaged;

You may not return Products that, in accordance with your specifications, have been personalized with your name or logo.
